Since GingerTom is raw and "Pasteurized Safe", serve at room temperature or cooler. Simply slice off the measured amount and serve.

Our raw + pasteurization process not only ensures safety in handling but re-tains the meaty goodness and nutrition-al profile as it is only lighly heated (80 Degrees Celsius or about the same as coffee) for only 10 minutes.

Nearly all milk and natural fruit juices we buy for drinking are pasteurized for safety...we dont boil it...we just gently heat it.

We pasteurize our fresh high quality raw human grade meats for safety and ease of use yet still providing the full meaty benefits of any raw diet. It is then packed and snap-frozen to lock in freshness. Raw meat is highly perishable and may contain salmonella, ecoli and even parasites that could cause illness to you, your children that may come into contact with unwashed bowls etc and your pets.
